1. Terms

In accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable federal, and state laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Permission to View the Program

Having accessed this website you are authorized to view it to determine whether you might wish to acquire a license to use it. Absent having acquired such a license (how to acquire a license) your use is limited to viewing. Copying any part of it, in any fashion, not limited to electronically, or print, is expressly prohibited unless a license is obtained, and then, is limited in accordance with the terms of the Use License listed below.

  1. With acquisition of a use license, permission is granted to download the materials (information and/or software) from The Spell of Language's website for personal use as an educator.

    1. modify or copy the materials, except for use by your students, or to explain the program to others;
    2. use the materials for any purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) other than for instruction of your students, or, to explain the program to others;
    3. make any other use except with the express written consent of the authors;
    4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on The Spell of Language's website;
    5. copy or print any materials without copyright or other proprietary notations;
    6. transfer the materials to another person; or
    7. "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  3. These licenses shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Spell of Language at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of these licenses, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
